Ripple Program —
Partner Terms.

1. Program overview

Soma Circuit (“Company”) operates the Ripple Program — a referral partner program for creators, practitioners, and ambassadors. Approved partners (“Partners”) earn commission on qualifying Soma Circuit Plus subscription revenue from users who install and subscribe via the Partner’s personal referral link.

2. Eligibility

• Application and manual approval required
• Partners must comply with FTC / ACCC disclosure — every paid or incentivised post must include clear #ad, #sponsored, or equivalent
• Partners must use only approved language from the creator kit for health/wellness claims
• Company may revoke participation for non-compliant, misleading, or harmful promotion

3. Commission tiers

All commissions are calculated on the gross subscription price — the full amount the subscriber pays, before platform fees, per renewal. Commissions apply to paid Plus subscriptions after trial conversion.

4. Attribution

• Partners share only their first-party link: https://somacircuit.com/ref/{CODE} — not third-party short links (for example WinWinKit / wwk.link)
• The branded /ref page records the click with InfluTo and sends the visitor to the App Store or Google Play
• Followers do not need to enter a code. Attribution is automatic via Universal Links when the app is already installed, or via InfluTo cold-install matching on first open
• The app stores the first valid referral code and attaches it to the anonymous subscription record (RevenueCat) so InfluTo can credit commissions on purchase and renewal
• First-touch wins — the first valid code is permanent; later codes do not overwrite
• Sandbox/test purchases do not qualify unless explicitly enabled for QA

5. Payouts

Monthly payouts via Stripe Connect through the InfluTo affiliate dashboard (influ.to). Partners complete Stripe Connect onboarding in InfluTo before receiving payouts. Minimum payout threshold and payout timing will be published before the first payout cycle. Partners are responsible for tax in their jurisdiction; tax forms are handled via Stripe Connect.

6. Refunds and clawback

• Refunded or charged-back renewals reverse associated commission
• Company may offset clawbacks against future payouts

7. Prohibited claims

Partners must not claim Soma Circuit diagnoses, treats, or cures medical conditions. Soma Circuit is an educational wellness tool, not therapy or crisis support. Use kit language only.

8. Fraud and self-referral

Self-referral (using your own link to create a paid subscription for yourself, or coordinating fake installs) is prohibited and grounds for termination and commission clawback. Invalid or duplicate claims may be blocked by the platform; Company also reviews early conversions for abuse.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Accrued unpaid commissions for qualifying renewals before termination are paid per normal schedule unless Partner was terminated for fraud or policy violation.
