using Soma Circuit.

1. Educational wellness tool

Soma Circuit is an educational wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental-health care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support.

2. No clinical relationship

Use of the app does not establish a clinician-client relationship between you and Gerry Bronn or In Health – Byron Bay Psychology Pty Ltd.

3. Safe use

Don't use Soma Circuit while driving or operating machinery. If a practice feels overwhelming, stop, orient to the room and contact a trusted professional or crisis line if needed.

4. Subscriptions

Soma Circuit Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play at US$14.99/month or US$79.99/year after a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the trial if you do not cancel). Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Manage and cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Restore purchases is available in the app for prior subscribers signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All audio practices, copy, design, brand marks and code are the intellectual property of In Health – Byron Bay Psychology Pty Ltd.

6. Disclaimers

The app and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Health – Byron Bay Psychology Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
