Summary

Soma Circuit is built privacy-first. We do not sell your data, show ads, or run third-party analytics. Most of your practice data stays on your device.

What the app collects

Practice data (on your device only). Your training progress, session check-ins, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your phone or tablet. We do not operate a user account system and we do not receive this data on our servers.

Location (coarse, on-device). If you allow location access, the app uses your approximate position only to decide when to show day vs night appearance (based on local sunrise and sunset). This calculation happens on your device. We do not store or transmit your location to our servers.

Purchases (App Store, Google Play + RevenueCat). If you subscribe to Soma Circuit Plus, Apple or Google processes payment, depending on which store you used. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription and unlock Plus content (the full personalised program). RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status tied to an anonymous app identifier — not your name or email from us, because we do not collect those.

Creator referral program. If you install Soma Circuit through a creator’s or practitioner’s referral link, we store a referral code on your device and attach it to your anonymous subscription record so we can credit the partner who referred you. We do not sell this information. Our subscription provider (RevenueCat) and our affiliate commission platform (InfluTo) may receive purchase event data linked to that referral code to calculate partner payouts. This data is used for app functionality and commission accounting only — not for advertising or tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites. If you install without a referral link, no referral code is stored.

Guided audio (streaming). Levels 4 and above stream guided audio from our content delivery network (Cloudflare). Requests fetch audio files only; they do not include personal identifiers.

Optional reminders. If you turn on daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use remote push notifications.

What we do not do

• No advertising SDKs
• No behavioral tracking across other companies' apps or websites
• No sale of personal information
• No requirement to create an account to use the app

Soma Circuit Plus

Soma Circuit Plus unlocks your full personalised program — up to 11 levels for Overwhelmed and Flat, and up to 9 for Steady. New members get a 7-day free trial; after the trial the subscription auto-renews at US$14.99/month or US$79.99/year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your store subscription settings: on iOS, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices.

Children

Soma Circuit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
