When does my 12-month commission period begin?
The 12-month commission period begins when a referred customer makes their first successful paid subscription payment after any free trial period.
What happens if someone stays subscribed for longer than 12 months?
Commission stops after the 12-month commission period even if the customer continues their subscription.
How does commission work on an annual subscription?
Creators receive 50% commission on the customer’s first annual subscription payment. Commission does not continue into a second annual renewal.
When do I get paid?
Creator payouts are managed through InfluTo and Stripe Connect. Payouts are processed monthly for eligible commissions.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes — US$20. If you have not reached the minimum, the balance carries forward to the next payout period.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
Commission is only payable on valid, completed subscription payments. If a payment is refunded, reversed or subject to a chargeback, any commission associated with that payment may also be reversed.
If the commission has not yet been paid, the adjustment will be made before payout. If it has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from a future commission payment.
How long does someone have to install after clicking my referral link?
A referral link click must result in an app install within 72 hours for the referral to be attributed to you.
Once a customer has been successfully attributed, you remain associated with that customer’s qualifying subscription payments for the applicable commission period.
What can I see in my InfluTo dashboard?
Through InfluTo, creators can track key performance information such as referral-link clicks, conversions, revenue, pending commissions and payout history. Additional subscription and attribution data may also be tracked by the platform.
Am I joining as a Creator, Influencer or Ambassador?
The live Ripple application is for Creators and Influencers: 50% commission on qualifying subscription revenue for up to 12 months.
Soma Ambassadors earn 30% commission under the applicable Ambassador terms. That tier is coming soon — it is not open for applications yet.
